First-year trip to Columbus

Field Trips

Looking for ways to connect with your fellow classmates? Interested in getting off campus and exploring the city of Columbus? Run by the First Year Office, ‘21Connect organizes a variety of trips to Columbus specifically for First-Year students. All events are free of charge and spots are made available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We have just 9 spots left for our ‘21Connect trip this Sunday 10/22 to the North Market and COSI. Both Columbus staples, this is not a trip to be missed! The North Market is a public market in downtown Columbus that is home to various food vendors.

Attendees will be given a $10 voucher to use at the vendor of their choice for lunch, and may choose to purchase additional items at their own cost. After lunch, we’ll head over to COSI, the science and industry museum. Although the museum is geared towards children, the exhibits are really interesting and interactive, and a blast for all ages. A planetarium show will be included!

Claim your spot now by e-mailing Moriah at And don’t forget to follow us on Facebook for upcoming trip details!
