Parents as Partners for Student Success

One of the most valuable things parents can do to help a student with career planning is to listen: be open to ideas, try to help your student find information, and be nonjudgmental.

Get connected to the Knowlton Center as we work together to ensure that our students reach their career and graduate/professional school aspirations.

Although we publicize and market our services to students, we can be more effective if we partner with parents and family members to advocate for the importance of career preparation. We hope you will encourage your student to take advantage of the services we offer, by communicating the benefits of utilizing our office, even beginning during their first year at Denison.
