What’s in the news? What does it all mean? In this age of fake news and “alternative facts,” how do we find stories that we can trust? In this moment of tremendous political change, how can we keep up? How can we understand, as Marvin Gaye asks, “What’s going on”?

Students are invited to engage in an informal conversation about current news stories. For the first meeting, Professors Omedi Ochieng and Linda Krumholz will guide the conversation.
