Faculty Presentations on Summer Research Opportunities

All students interested in doing summer research in Physics & Astronomy at Denison University are invited to hear the faculty give brief presentations about their research over lunch. Active areas of research in the department include astrophysics, atomic/molecular/optical physics, biomechanics, and biophysics.

The Summer Scholars Program at Denison allows students to pursue full-time collaborative work with faculty members during the summer. Overall, it is a unique opportunity to develop technical skills, and gain a deep understanding of a cutting-edge field in physics and astronomy.
