As part of Granville’s “Turn Off Your Screen” week, visitors will have the opportunity to engage in astronomy with the Swasey Observatory 9-inch refracting telescope, as well as 8-inch reflecting telescopes. Celestial objects for observing may include Jupiter, Mizar and Alcor, and the M13 globular cluster, among others. We hope you can join us for an evening of astronomy!

In the case of cloudy skies, visitors may still enjoy a brief tour of this historical building.
