Workshops & Info Sessions

The workshop aims at introducing the philosophy of the Integrated Approach and demonstrates its methodology in preparing students for the realities of the Arabic diglossic situation. Our keynote speaker is Dr. Munther Younse, the Director of the Arabic Program at Cornell University and the author of the textbook series Arabiyyat al-Naas (2014), (Part One, Two and Three). 2. Discussion of current trends in Arabic pedagogy.
  3. Introducing the integrated approach: its philosophy, advantages, implementation and transitioning from other traditional approaches currently used in teaching Arabic in the USA.
