My name is Meredith Klinzing and I am a sophomore at Denison majoring in economics. Outside of class, I am involved in the wildlife conservation club, volunteer at the local animal shelter and love hiking in the bioreserve. At the museum, I am a social media and marketing intern and am looking forward to furthering my interest in that area. This summer I worked at a basketball camp and visited New York City, Cape Cod, and Acadia National Park all over the course of eight days.
My name is Eva Coleman and I am a senior majoring in Biology at Denison University, with a personal focus on ecology and environmental science. I am from Annapolis, Maryland so I grew up surrounded by the water and I have a special love for coastal wetlands, they are soooo underrated. I LOVE being outside and enjoy activities like running, hiking, exploring, and swimming. Additionally, I have a strong passion for reproductive justice and sex education, which has led me to serve as the Vice President of Denisonians for Planned Parenthood. During the past summer, I had the incredible opportunity to work as an intern at NASA, where I used aerial technology to address environmental concerns in California. I also spent three semesters abroad, exploring how different parts of the world approach ecology and conservation. I wanted to work for the museum because I love the integration of art, science, and activism.
I am a senior from Atlanta, Georgia. I am a Studio Art major pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Denison. On campus, I am involved with the Studio Art department, interning at the Denison Museum, and am an Admission Docent where I give interviews and tour guides to prospective students!
My name is Ana Pineda. I am in the class of ‘26 who is double majoring in Biology and Data Analytics from Columbus, OH. I have fallen in love with museums after spending my summer doing research at Chicago’s Field Museum and aim to make a future career out of this interest. I also love art and spend a lot of time doing digital drawings. At the museum I am a collections intern. I spend my time going through different boxes of museum files, in the collections storage, and working with the museum’s database.

I’m Trang. I’m a junior majoring in Communication. At the museum, I’m a social media intern. As a communication major, I love expressing ideas creatively and finding ways to connect with audiences. Managing the museum’s social media allows me to do just that.
I am a junior from Highwood Illinois, I am studying history at Denison. In my free time, I enjoy being with friends and family, playing board games, and traveling when I can.
Allie Mohn is a senior at Denison, majoring in history with a minor in American roots music. She has worked at the museum since her freshman year and has grown as a consumer and pupil of visual art ever since. Allie’s favorite aspect of being a museum intern is conducting research on specific objects or artists, as this provides her with new knowledge and insight on the historical and cultural significance of art production. In her free time, Allie enjoys running, watching documentaries (preferably history or nature), having downtime with friends, and most of all, writing and playing music. She is deeply grateful for her experience as a museum intern and always looks forward to her interactions with other interns, and of course, Megan and Sam! Post-graduation, Allie hopes to work in Nashville, TN or Austin, TX.
