Theatre

Emphasizing theatre-making as generative and creative, rather than interpretive—our students create theatre through acting, design, directing, and playwriting. Denison’s Theatre program aims to develop students’ artistic and intellectual potential, facility in problem-solving, and practical application in stage production. The department produces a wide variety of theatre productions each academic year, with auditions and creative opportunities open to the entire campus.
