Community Garden
The Denison Community Garden was created in 2010 with the aim of building a stronger sense of community and increasing awareness of local food production and sustainable agriculture. Around 100 members of the Denison community are gardening each year.
Garden plots are available in two sizes and can be rented by groups of students and faculty for the summer. Gardeners work together to care for their plots, participate in garden workdays, and grow produce in an environmentally sustainable way.
If you are interested in gardening at Denison, contact Dr. Jack Shuler or Dr. Paul Barickman who oversee the Community Garden.
