Last year, Josh Goldman ’14 took a moment to look back on his first year at Denison and describe how he felt about the seniors who received the Distinguished Leadership Award in 2011. Now, it turns out, Josh, a senior, has won that award, too, so his words take on new meaning, as he is among those who have helped to pave the way for those who will follow in his own footsteps.
As president of the Denison Campus Governance Association, Ana Morales ’14 of Lawrence, Mass., serves as president of the student body. Her work involves representing her peers in DCGA and Campus Affairs Council sessions and as a liaison with the administration. It’s a busy job, no doubt about it, but it’s one that she’s clearly excited about.
Denison has joined forces with Williams, Brown, Vassar and nine other leading colleges and universities as founding partners of Koru, an initiative that connects college students and alumni with high-growth employers.
