    Full Description: Professor Jenny Saffran, Department of Psychology and the Waisman Center, University of Wisconsin-Madison presents a colloquium: 'Sounds and meanings working together: Word learning as a collaborative effort.' Saffron researches how infants learn about the auditory world, particularly the beginnings of language acquisition and music perception. Free and open to the public.
