Brett focused on graphic design and motion graphics at Kendall College of Art and Design, and pursued media studies at Columbus College of Art and Design. He worked independently for three years in disciplines including web development, graphic design, and print publications prior to being brought in as a freelance consultant to assist in the day-to-day management and development of Denison's current and emerging web properties. He officially joined the University Communication's staff full-time in 2012 as web communications specialist and now serves as interactive designer & architect.
Trained in electrical engineering and computer networking, Aaron joined the University Communications team to serve as its primary technical resource for managing the college’s public website servers, seating new sites, administering vendor access, monitoring performance, and coordinating software updates. He provides expertise in identifying and fixing issues related to website availability, and works to configure, customize, and extend the college’s public website content management systems and content delivery networks. Aaron also creates code to support new website development and to enhance the functionality of Denison’s existing web properties.
Scott directs the strategy, development and implementation of Denison's public digital presence (web, social and mobile). Previously, he planned and produced websites for a diverse group of clients. He has worked with musician Steve Winwood, Chicago.com, Illinois.com and Guitar.com, among others. In 2008, Scott published his first book, A Colossal Hoax (Rowman & Littlefield). He graduated with honors in history from Harvard College, and he holds an A.M. in American civilization from Brown University.
