Common Hour Mindfulness Series
Please join us for the Common Hour Mindfulness Series, each Thursday during spring term. Use Common Hour as a time to relax, de-stress, and explore the concept of mindfulness. Each week we will focus on a different aspect of mindfulness practice.
There are three half-hour sessions starting at 11:30 in the Center for Women and Gender Action, Slayter Student Union - 4th floor, room 408. Feel free to stop by anytime! 11:30-1:00 on Thursdays.
Beginners and those with experience are welcome.
