Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa (flow) Yoga emphasizes breathing, postures and quieting the mind. Using the ancient text of “The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali” as the manual, Yoga philosophy is integrated into the class. This style of Yoga can range from gentle to vigorous depending on the intent of the participant.

All members of the Denison and Granville communities are welcome to participate in Vinyasa Yoga at The Open House!
