CE&D Certification

Why Get Certified?

CE&D Certification Process

The Career Exploration & Development certification program prepares students to succeed in their post-Denison plans by guiding them through a 4-year career exploration and development process.

Students who become CE&D Certified are…

  • More likely to receive a job offer
  • More confident in their career choices
  • More experienced because they completed an internship and an externship
  • Better at marketing the value of their education, skills and experience to potential employers and graduate schools
  • More informed about the overall job market and potential career opportunities
  • Stronger at identifying how their skills, interests and strengths connect to potential career opportunities
  • Very recognizable to and desired by potential employers
  • Eligible to win great prizes
