Leadership Fellows

Leadership Fellows are peer leadership educators who assist in the planning of major leadership programs and are responsible for creating new leadership-related workshops for campus organizations. The Leadership Fellows serve the Campus Leadership & Involvement Center in a special internship capacity.

Leadership Fellows:

  • Assist in planning major leadership programs like The LeaderShape Institute, Catalyst, D.U. Lead, etc.
  • Serve as student coordinator for one or more leadership programs each year
  • Attend the NACA Huge Leadership Institute
  • Help campus groups with organizational effectiveness & training
  • Are experts in leadership theory & applications
  • Work closely with Campus Leadership & Involvement Center team
