Denison is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools, which was formed in 1913. Denison's pre-medical program is recognized by all medical schools accredited by the Association of American Medical Colleges.
The American Medical Association recognizes Athletic Training as an Allied Health Profession.
