Human Rights Film Festival

The Department of International Studies chooses a selection of traveling films from the Human Rights Film Festival, presented by Human Rights Watch, to present on campus every February of each academic year.

Human Rights Film Festival

The films for this year cover a range of topics from GLBTQ rights, poverty, education, and homelessness among youth in the USA, to environmental, economic and political rights in relation to oil companies operating in Nigeria and Ghana, and therapy/theater work among women inmates in a prison in Lebanon.
