As my science education has progressed I have found that I am most interested in the chemical pathways behind biological processes. Studying chemistry, biology, and math, in the classroom as well as in the lab, has shown me that the intersection between these disciplines is essential to explaining the way the biological world works. After Denison I hope to continue to combine these disciplines by pursuing a PhD and eventually a career in biomedical research. When I’m not exploring the molecular world I enjoy serving the community though DCA organizations and DCS.
